Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning
1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.
Mechanical Vibratory Dust Removal
Mechanical vibration cleaning function can be without external air source, without removing the cartridge, through the rotation of the hand crank handle, to toggle the filter element internal paddle, so as to vibrate the dust attached to the filter element to the dust collection drawer.
Dust Collection Drawer
The dust collection drawer is designed underneath the filter cartridge, the dust that is mechanically vibrated off will fall directly into the dust collection drawer, and you only need to clean the dust in the drawer regularly.
Flame-retardant PTFE Coated Filter
1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.
