Welding operations are the cornerstone of industrial manufacturing, but the fumes they produce harbor carcinogens such as manganese, chromium, and ozone, as well as respirable ultrafine particles (PM0.1~PM2.5) with particle sizes smaller than 2.5μm. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) 2025 report, the risk of respiratory diseases is elevated by 60% for workers exposed to welding fume for a long time. The traditional fixed dust removal system is limited by the space layout and mobile flexibility, it is difficult to adapt to the dynamic operational needs of the workshop. This equipment to "mobile that is purified, breathing that is safe" as the core concept, breaking the shackles of the traditional program, designed for welding shops, maintenance workstations and narrow space design, to achieve the fume source capture rate of ≥ 99% (ISO 21904-3 standard), to help companies synchronize to achieve occupational health (OSHA norms) and environmental compliance (GB 16297-2025) at the same time.
The Mobile Fume Extractor features two directional and two rotary polyurethane casters with brakes for easy mobility and stability. It's designed for fume and dust purification from welding, grinding, and various processes, as well as for collecting rare metal particles and valuable materials.
Using flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber material cartridge filter, the filter efficiency up to 0.3um 99.99%. The extraction arm rotates 360 degrees and all adjustments are tooless.

Material characteristics: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coated filter material, temperature resistance up to 260 ºC, flame retardant grade UL94 V-0, can capture particles above 0.3 μm (efficiency > 99.9%), especially suitable for metal oxides (such as manganese oxide, chromium oxide) and toxic gases (ozone, nitrogen oxides) in welding fume.
Anti-adhesion design: nano-smooth surface reduces fume adhesion, increasing dust holding capacity by 40% and reducing differential pressure growth by 30%.
Flexible extraction arm
Degree of freedom and coverage: 2~3 meters in length, supports 360° rotation ±220° pitch.
Intelligent positioning assistance: one finger can fix the position of the extraction port.
